All rentals are subject to the following booking conditions:

1. All correspondence will be sent to the lead named person at the address specified on the booking form.

2. The booking is not accepted until acknowledged by ourselves in writing or by email.

3. The booking must be accompanied by a £100 deposit.

4. The balance and security deposit of £150 must be paid at least eight weeks prior to your departure.

5. Rental Period. The rental commences at 1600hrs (local time) on the day of arrival indicated on the booking form. The villa must be vacated by 1100hrs (local time) on day of departure. This is to allow for the property to be thoroughly cleaned prior to the arrival of the next guests.

6. Security Deposit. A security deposit of £150 per booking is required to cover any breakages or damage. This will be returned to you shortly after your holiday, once the Management Company have confirmed that the villa has been left in a satisfactory condition.

7. Liability. Although every effort is made to ensure that our villa is in perfect order for your holiday, we cannot accept liability for any third party claim, accidental damage or loss to you, your party, or your property, or for any medical expenses however incurred.

8. We strongly advise you to take out your own holiday and medical insurance.

9. Swimming Pool. Neither we, nor our agents, accept liability for any injury whatsoever caused as a result of using the swimming pool. Running and diving is not advisable. It is required that all children are supervised by an adult at ALL times.

10. Cancellations. In the event of a cancellation of your booking, for whatever reasons, the following cancellation charges will apply;

In excess of 8 weeks prior to rental date - Deposit
Between 6 and 8 weeks prior to the rental - 50% of total rental costs
Between 4 and 6 weeks prior to the rental - 75% of total rental costs
Less than 4 weeks prior to the rental date - Full rental cost.

11. Location of Crescent Lakes Villa. We will send you full details of how to get to the villa and how to gain entry at least three weeks prior to your departure date, providing that final payment has been received.

12. Force Majeure: The owners and their agents accept no responsibility or liability for any loss, damage or alterations to the terms of this booking caused by events beyond the owners control including but not restricted to war, civil unrest, flight delays or cancellations, adverse weather conditions, fire, flood or industrial dispute.

13. For the health & safety of all guests smoking is not permitting within the villa.
